% 10.10.2017 IA No.11640/2017 This application is filed by the defendant stating inter alia that they have wrongly filed the e-court fees amounting to Rs.17,731/- of each respondents totalling to rs.70,924/- instead of stamp duty (blank e-stamp). However after passing of some time, the applicants have received a letter from Registrar (O) of this court with request to file the blank stamp duty (e-stamp). Hence this application. In the circumstances, the e-court fees of Rs.70,924/- be returned to the defendant as prayed in the application for filing the blank stamp duty (e-stamp).
