% 09.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent No.1-school to restore the admission of the petitioner, which was cancelled in May, 2016 on account of a fake income certificate produced by the petitioner's father. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018.
Mr.Jawahar Raja, learned counsel, who appears on advance

In view of the above, the petition along with the pending application, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018 and pass a reasoned and speaking order on the same within two weeks. Needless to say that, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, it will be open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
