W.P.(C) 5044/2018 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, it is considered just, necessary and expedient to dispose of the present writ petition with the following directions: (i) The Assistant Collector, Cooperative Societies, Government of NCT of Delhi, shall dispose of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner herein, before his Court, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of four weeks from today, after affording an adequate opportunity to the petitioner of being heard in the matter.

(ii) The respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner during the pendency of the said application. Petition stands disposed off accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
