This is an application under Order 22 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) filed by the parties for recording of compromise. The application is signed by the parties as also their counsels and which is supported by the affidavits of the parties. Parties are also present in Court and identified by their counsels.

Accordingly, this compromise application is accepted and the RSA No.144/2012

suit will stand decreed in terms of the compromise application and the site plan attached thereto. Decree sheet be drawn up. Parties are left to bear their own costs.

Appeal and application are disposed of accordingly. C.M. Nos.18439/2015 (under Section 165 of Evidence Act read with Order 41 Rule 27 CPC) and 16797/2016 (under Section 151 CPC for demarcation of the property) by appellant 3.

Since the main appeal has been disposed of, these applications are also disposed of accordingly.

This application is disposed of as not pressed as the counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has already initiated a civil suit to enforce his rights.
