The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "In the light of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court to:

i. To transfer the investigation of FIR No. 05/2018 PS Chittranjan Park(South Delhi) u/s 420 to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or any other special investigative unit formed under Delhi Special Establishment Act and/or ii. Pass any other order in the interest of justice, equity and good consciousness."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the subject FIR has already been quashed vide order dated 05.03.2021 in W.P.(CRL) 2177/2020.
