Mr.Satyam Sisodia, Advocates appears alongwith the appellant. The appeal has been filed by B.S.Rana & Associates. We have perused the vakalatnama and find that Mr.Satyam Sosodia has also signed the vakalatnama in token of accepting the brief.

Learned counsel for the appellant in presence of appellant states that MAT.APP.(F.C.) 68/2016
he and the respondent have agreed to annul their marriage by obtaining a decree for divorce by consent. The settlement is that the appellant shall pay `20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) to the respondent in instalments and at the stage contemplated by the settlement. Counsel states that in terms of the settlement the parties have to move the first motion followed by the second motion contemplated by law seeking annulment of the marriage by consent and have linked the stages of paying `20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) to the two above apart from other stages. 3.
Accordingly, learned counsel for appellant prays that the instant appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
The order has been dictated in presence of the counsel and the appellant. Their signatures have been obtained on the order after they had read the order in token of the acceptance of the contents thereof. 6.
No costs.
