Learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the parties have already settled the matter in the proceedings pending in the Supreme Court , he has instructions to withdraw the petition. 2.

Reference in that behalf is made to Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1988/2015, titled: Pramiti Bose v. Kabir Shankar Bose. 3.

It appears that in the proceeding held on 06.03.2018, in the Supreme Court, the parties have settled their pending disputes. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed in view of the aforesaid circumstances.
