% 26.02.2016 This is a suit for partition and permanent injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submits that the suit property is situated at Badarpur which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South East, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South East), Saket, Delhi on 26.07.2016.
