% 19.08.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection letter dated 22.07.2014 vide which his application seeking consideration of an allotment of alternate plot had been rejected on the ground that the entire set of documents have not been furnished. This was vide communication dated 22.07.2014.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that all requisite documents have been furnished to the Department as way back as on 25.04.2006 and again on 31.12.2012. His case is that these documents have not been considered while passing the impugned order. Noting the above submissions as also the documentary evidence placed on record to substantiate his submission that all documents have been furnished to the Department, the order dated

22.07.2014 is set aside. The case of the petitioner be heard on merits and if any documents are still lacking the petitioner will produce them before the Department forthwith. Needless to state that the Department shall decide the case of the petitioner within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of this order. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
