% 29.08.2016 Since the charge sheet stands filed, the petitioners wish to withdraw the petition and pursue the matter before the Trial Court on the aspect of consideration of charge.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner no.3, however, submits that the status report filed before the Trial Court on 10.08.2009, which is relied upon by petitioner no.3, may be taken into consideration. It goes without saying that the Trial Court shall take into consideration all the relevant materials placed before it. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
