This is a joint application filed by the parties under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the summons be issued to the Branch Manager/Authorized representative of officer of HDFC Bank Limited, Branch at S-4, Green Park Extension, Delhi-110016 to appear before the Arbitral to give testimony in relation to the Bank Guarantee No.003GT01150520014 and to produce the entire records relating to the aforementioned Bank Guarantee. The aforesaid application has been made pursuant to the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal to seek assistance of this Court for summoning of the witness. 3.

Let summons be issued to the Branch Manager/Authorized

representative of officer of HDFC Bank Limited, Branch at S-4, Green Park Extension, Delhi-110016 to appear before the Arbitral Tribunal on 25.05.2018 at 3:30 PM in Lawyers' Chamber Block, Chamber No.161, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi, to give testimony in relation to the Bank Guarantee No.003GT01150520014 and to produce all records relating to the said Bank Guarantee.

The summons shall go by courier and dasti summons would also be served in addition.
