% 25.07.2016 Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are brothers of petitioner. The present FIR No. 148/2009 was registered under Sections 420/468/471/120B at Police Station Connaught Place on the complaint of respondent nos. 2 and 3. The disputes between the brothers revolve around the transfer of a shop in the name of their mother, after the death of their father. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have alleged that forged NOC was used by the petitioners for effecting the transfer.
Now, parties have executed a Family Settlement Deed dated 10.03.2015, during the investigation. Their siblings have also joined them.
In view of the above Family Settlement, it is prayed that FIR be quashed.
Keeping in mind that the brothers have now settled their disputes regarding all the properties, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 148/2009 filed under Sections 420/468/471/120B registered at Police Station
Connaught Place, is quashed.
The petition is disposed of.
