(ORAL) 1.

For the relief sought in this petition, a Legal Notice of 6th April, 2018 (Annexure P-7) was sent by petitioner to respondents. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to said Legal Notice (Annexure P-7) or to Representation of 14th August, 2017 (Annexure P-2).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that to seek revocation of temporary suspension of privileges, i.e. recall of order of 3rd August, 2017 (Annexure P-1), the said Representation and Legal Notice were sent. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to consider the Legal Notice (Annexure P-7) while treating it to be a Representation and W.P.(C) 4995/2018

pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of four weeks from today and to convey its fate to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 4.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
