% 02.05.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received two letters, both dated 29.04.2016 issued by the Service Institute, Air Force Station, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. Copies of the said letters were handed over to us and the same are taken on record. As per the two letters, electronic shop Nos. 11 & 12 and 14 & 17, respectively at Vayusenabad have been duly approved by the Air Officer Commanding (AOC) and the petitioner has been instructed to report to the SI Office today itself for contract documentation and the deposit of the security money for the allotted shops. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already reported to the SI Office and is at the said office at the present moment. In view of the said allotment letters, the writ petition is disposed of as no further directions are necessary.
