By this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 71/2018 under Sections 336/427/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS Fatehpur Beri on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have settled the matter. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
