This is a review petition filed by the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 21.12.2018.

The said review petition is barred by limitation. The only ground indicated by the petitioner for filing the review petition at a belated stage is that the petitioner has become aware that in a similar scheme (SBI OTS2018 Scheme) the State Bank of India had refunded certain sums to borrowers, which were claimed to be in excess of the OTS amounts. The petitioner states that the petitioner ought to be treated in parity with the said cases.

Clearly, this is not a ground for condoning the delay in filing the present review petition as the petition was heard and dismissed on merits.

This Court also finds no ground to review the order dated 21.12.2018. The review and the application for condonation of delay are dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MAY 22, 2019 MK
