Ld. counsel for parties submit that defendant no.1 is residing at Jamia Nagar where part of cause of action arose which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi on 16.05.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
