The petitioner's grievance is with respect to the unauthorized construction.

He had complained while approaching the Court that the action taken by the respondents was half-hearted and that the occupants of the structure could have independent access through alternative entrance. 2.

The status report filed, pursuant to the directions of the Court, shows that the alternative entry points too now have been sealed.

The respondents have produced photographs.

It is further submitted by the respondents that the demolition order was made on 15.07.2014.

In these circumstances, the respondents are, hereby, directed to process the case and ensure that further action (pursuant to the said demolition order) is taken within three months subject to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.
