1. The representation and order dated 17th November, 2017 has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondent states, on instructions, from Mr. Amit Sharma, Legal Assistant (VAT), that the interest amount would also be credited along with the refund amount to the account of the Petitioner positively and not later that one week from today.
2. In the event of denial of any part of the interest amount by the Respondent, the reasons thereof will be furnished to the Petitioner not later than one week from today. It is open to the Petitioner to make a W.P.(C) 2585/2017
representation to the VATO concerned within one week thereafter and such representation /objection shall be decided and the decision communicated to the Petitioner within a month.
3. If any further grievance survives, it is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
