% 15.02.2019 The petitioner impugns the order dated 12.01.2018 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-02 (South-West), taking cognizance of the alleged offences punishable u/s 3(l)(r) &(s) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Charges have since been framed by the learned Trial Court on 02.08.2018.

The petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy available. Hence, the discretionary relief under Article 226 of the Constitution of India would not be available to him at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for the relief sought in this petition. The petitioner's seeking condonation of delay in filing a revision petition shall be duly considered in view of the pendency of this petition.
