Union of India and Anr.: W.P.(C) 9088/2018 and Other Connected Matters, decided on 04.11.2019 and the said decision is determinative of the controversy involved in the present petition. 2.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid decision. The pending application also stands disposed of.
