Counsel for the appellant was heard at length and at the stage of dictation of the judgment counsel for the appellant sought a pass-over to take instructions.

After taking instructions, it is stated that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed but the appellant be granted time of three years to vacate the suit premises i.e on or before 31.7.2021. 2.

Accordingly, let the appellant alongwith her son Mr. Tarun Deep Hoti file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court within a period of two weeks from today in terms of the present order to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.7.2021. Appellant and her son will clear all electricity and water charges etc till the time they stay in the suit premises viz first floor of the

property bearing no.B-6, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar, IV, New Delhi and on filing of such undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellant and her son Mr. Tarun Deep Hoti will be entitled to stay in the suit premises till 31.7.2021.

The appeal and all pending applications are accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
