% 12.07.2017 The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No.912/2015 dated 27.08.2015 (PS Bhajanpura) instituted for the offences under sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B/34 of the IPC r/w section 66-D of the I.T. Act.

This Court has been informed today that Chargesheet in this case has already been submitted. Ms.Kamna Vohra, learned ASC further submits that pursuant to the Chargesheet, the Court below has taken cognizance and had issued summons to the petitioner.

Mr.D.C. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission, in that event, to withdraw the present writ petition in order to enable him to approach the court below at the appropriate stage.
