% 09.05.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for plaintiffs wishes to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file the same in a Court having the territorial jurisdiction.

With the aforesaid liberty, present plaint is directed to be returned under Order VII Rule 10 CPC. The plaintiffs may if they so desire, move appropriate application under Order VII Rule 10A CPC. List the matter for return of the plaint before the Joint Registrar on 18th May, 2018.
