% 09.07.2018 The petitioner's grievance is that the refund due to it has not yet been made even though on an earlier occasion, the correct MICR was reflected in the respondents' order.

Learned counsel for the respondents are hereby directed to ensure that the refund amounts are credited to the concerned account no. 307700210021850 with the correct MICR 110024162 instead of 2211002416211. In other words, the correct MICR to which the amounts are to be credited is 110024162. The amounts are directed to be credited within one week from today with due intimation to the petitioner, with appropriate interest as permissible. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti.
