% 27.09.2018 By this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari quashing the report dated 13th February, 2018 of the Sexual Harassment Committee, Dwarka Courts, Dwarka. Since the Committee has finalized its report copy whereof has been handed over to the petitioner and in terms of Section 18 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, a remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
