O R D E R

% 13.09.2025 Writ Petition was filed by the Petitioners including the Petitioner No. 1 against the dismissal of the award dated 13th August, 2009 and 20th August, 2009 passed by the Labour Court dismissing the claim of workman.

We find that the settlement has already been arrived by the Petitioner No. 1 with Respondent before the Pre- Sitting Lok Adalat on 21.08.2025 and in the said settlement it is agreed between the parties that on lump sum payment of Rs. 50,000/- to the Petitioner No. 1 in addition to Rs. 10,000/- already been paid in cash by the Respondent to the Petitioner No. 1 which is acknowledged by the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner No. 1, the Petitioner no. 1 shall not be pressing the Writ Petition and shall be fully satisfied.

We are informed that in terms of the settlement the Petitioner No. 1 has already been received Rs. 50,000/- by way of cheque bearing no. 441918 dated 04.08.2025 drawn as SBI amounting to Rs. 50,0000/- as full and final settlement. It is informed that the said amount has already been encashed in the Petitioner No. 1. In view of the above settlement, the Writ Petition is disposed off as settled between the Petitioner No. 1 and the Respondent as full and final settlement.

Accordingly, the said Writ Petition shall stand disposed off between the Petitioner No. 1 & the Respondent. It is clarified that the Writ Petition between the other petitioner against the Respondent has not been disposed off and is kept pending, lying in the list of "regular category" matters.
