% 24.07.2018 It is stated by counsel for the respondent that according to the instructions given, the petitioner - M/s Pasupati Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd. has grievance with the Nodal Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Nodal Officer was approached through e-mail dated 19.06.2018 in response to the Department's e-mail dated 06.06.2018 and as of now, nothing further has been heard.

In the circumstances, the Nodal Officer is hereby directed to issue specific notice to the petitioner within a week fixing the date, time and venue where its grievances can be considered.

In case the Nodal Officer has not received the documents, petitioner may also furnish the fresh set of documents.

The Nodal Officer shall pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible or within three weeks from today.
