On behalf of State/R-1, it has been submitted that this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking protection from respondents No.3 to 5 however at the Delhi address given in the petition, the petitioner was not found and she has not furnished any other address at Delhi where she is residing.

Since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being passed over, the writ petition is dismissed for non-appearance as well as for non-prosecution.
