The settlement agreement dated 12.02.2018 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by which the petitioner and respondent No.2 have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes.

As per settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.75,000/- to the respondent No.2 in full and final settlement of his all claims. Both the learned counsel submit that pursuant to the order dated 21.07.2016, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.45,000/- with the Registry of the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this amount is lying deposited in the FDR with the UCO Bank, High Court of Delhi Branch. As agreed, amount of Rs.45,000/- which has been deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of the

Court, shall be released to the respondent No.2 by the Registry. 3.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft bearing No.339558 dated 13.03.2018 amounting to Rs.30,000/- issued by the Punjab National Bank, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi to the respondent No.2 through his counsel Mr. Raj Rishi. As agreed between the parties, entire interest accrued on the deposit shall be refunded to the petitioner.

The petition and application being CM No.23465/2016 are disposed of.
