% 05.12.2018 On 24.5.2017 this Court had admitted the petition and the Official Liquidator attached to this Court was appointed as the Provisional Liquidator. The petitioner was also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- with the Official Liquidator towards the cost of publication. Despite several opportunities the petitioner has failed to deposit the sum of Rs.75,000/-. On 26.7.2018 notice of default was issued on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Despite service, none has appeared for the petitioner. Petition is accordingly dismissed in default. The order of this court dated 24.5.2017 admitting the petition and appointing the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator is recalled.

Petition stands disposed of.
