BAIL APPLN. 1093/2018 The petitioner is facing trial on the charge for offences punishable under Sections 408/420/468/471/120B IPC in the criminal case arising out of FIR No. 96/2015 of P.S. Malviya Nagar where his parents are also co-accused.

There is evidence available on record indicating his complicity in the said crime, the embezzlement involving the amount of Rs.35.89 lakhs from the account of one Sohan Lal in Yes Bank. The petitioner had earlier absconded and in spite of efforts could not be traced leading to a red corner notice being issued through Interpol on 09.07.2015. He had fled away to UAE and was deported from there on 16.08.2015 whereafter he was arrested. BAIL APPLN. 1093/2018

Having regard to the gravity of the offences involved and the past conduct, no ground is made out to release him on bail at this stage of the criminal process.

The application is dismissed.
