% 19.07.2016 CS(OS) 2431/2014 Case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 03.06.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 23.05.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Court, wherein he was of the opinion that the jurisdiction of the present matter lies in Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 20.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Court, is modified. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to Shadara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
