The learned counsel appearing for the parties have filed the present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended till 31.07.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the Arbitral Tribunal has concluded the hearing and has reserved the matter for making the award.

In the aforesaid view, the petition is allowed and the time for making the award is extended till 31.07.2018.
