This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant will receive from the respondents a total sum of Rs.18,50,000/- in full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the appellant in the subject legal proceedings. A sum of Rs.14,92,438/- is being paid to the appellant through its counsel today in the Court by means of two bank drafts bearing nos. RFA 428/2014
678667 and 678668 drawn on Citibank, Connaught Circus Branch, New Delhi, in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and Rs. 11,92,438/-. The balance amount being the difference of Rs.18,50,000/- and Rs.14,92,438/- will be paid by the respondents to the appellant through their counsel within a period of three days from today as agreed.

This appeal is accordingly disposed of and all the disputes between the parties which are subject matter of the present litigation stand settled and satisfied in view of receipt of the amount of Rs.18,50,000/- and within three days the difference of Rs.18,50,000/- less Rs.14,92,438/-, by the appellant. 3.
Since the appeal is compromised, all interim orders would stand vacated.
