% 11.05.2016 Petitioner has prayed that the respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction raised at property no.137, Gali No.11, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Status report has been filed stating therein that construction is being carried on after getting the building plan sanctioned.

Sanction has been afforded for construction of stilt floor, ground floor, first floor and second floor vide file no.13/A/B/HQ/SDMC/2015/D/82AE-IV dated 8th October, 2015.

Construction is raised at the threshold. JE(B) is stated to have inspected the structural construction existing as on today. According to him, no deviation

was noticed.

In view of the status report, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and same is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
