% 06.09.2016 W.P.(C) 5484/2013 & CM No.12226/2013(stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by the respondents as to the maintainability of the petition in this Court on account of lack of jurisdiction, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be seeking benefit of section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for exclusion of time spent in pursuing this writ petition.
