O R D E R
% 18.03.2016 1.
The parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on November 5, 2015. The learned Mediator has filed his report dated November 18, 2015. It is noted that the parties through their authorized representatives have signed the Settlement Agreement dated November 18, 2015, so also the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Mediator. It is noted that the parties have arrived at a settlement on the following terms:- "6(a) That an amount of Rs. 20,32,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Only) has been paid by the Second Party to the First Party towards full and final settlement of their entire claim in the instant matter.
(b) That the First Party agrees and undertakes that it has received the aforesaid amount towards the final settlement of the entire suit claim, and that no further claim will subsist against the Second, Third and Fourth Parties with regard to the above said transaction/cause of action in the instant suit."

It is agreed between the parties that they have no further claims or demands against each other, all the disputes have been amicably settled between the parties through the process of mediation. The parties shall be bound by the terms under the settlement.
3.
The suit is disposed of as being settled.
