The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

Issue appropriate writ order or direction commanding the Respondents to produce the entire file relating to the F.I.R. No. 58 of 2016 registered at Police Station Pul Prahalad Pur under Section 420/468/471/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860;

b.

Issue appropriate writ, order or direction including a writ of certiorari quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. No.58 of W.P.(CRL) 1534/2016

2016 registered at Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur under Section 420/468/471/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; c.

Cost of the Petition be awarded; and d.

Any other further, order or orders, writ or writs, as the Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper, in the facts and circumstances of this case may also be passed in favour of the Petitioners.

Yesterday, learned APP for the State has submitted that FSL result has been received and the charge-sheet is likely to be filed shortly. 5.

Since the disputed question of facts cannot be adjudicated in the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed.
