The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (Central) on 13.07.2016.

The date fixed i.e. 04.05.2016 stands cancelled. As there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff or its

counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to the plaintiff as well as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
