Ld. counsel for parties submit that the cause of action arose at plaintiff's office situated at Ashoka Road which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi),Patiala House, Delhi on 26.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
