Learned counsel for the plaintiff on instructions submits that the matter has been amicable settled with defendant No.1 in the Mediation Centre on 15.04.2024 and the amount has already been received by the plaintiff.

The settlement is inter-se the plaintiff and defendant No.1 with no liability imposed on defendant No.2.

be permitted to withdraw the suit in view of the settlement, to which learned counsel for defendant has no objection.

The next date of 02.09.2024 fixed in the matter, stands cancelled. 8.

Since the matter has been settled in Mediation Centre, the Court Fee be refunded to the plaintiff in accordance with law.
