O R D E R

% 09.01.2017 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the parties to the present petition have arrived at an amicable settlement with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 14.05.2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further states that pursuant to the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 14.05.2015, they have received the entire payment of Rs.3,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioner qua the respondent-company. The Settlement Agreement dated 14.05.2015 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement dated 14.05.2015 without demur.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
