% 27.07.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel, who accepts notice. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 12th February, 2018. He further submits that he has no objection in case FIR No. 204/2004 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at police station Roop Nagar and the consequent proceedings are quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the

interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
