O R D E R

% 16.11.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.950/15 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at Police Station Ranhola. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. By an order dated 02.05.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The petitioner is the victim's father-in-law. It is alleged that the BAIL APPLN. 887/2016

petitioner had established physical relations with her after about two years of the marriage. She did not disclose the incident due to fear. Subsequently also, physical relations were established by him several times. The prosecutrix went to her parents' house and stayed there for about two months. She did not inform her parents. Delay in lodging the FIR has not been explained.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
