% 27.03.2017 File taken up on office note. It is pointed out that the present petition was also listed along with W.P. (C) No. 13895/2006 on an earlier date i.e. on 06.02.2017 but inadvertently on 06.02.2017 when W.P. (C) No. 13895/2006 (along with a bunch of other writ petitions) had been disposed of, the present petition had not been listed. This Court notes this factual averment. It is prima facie correct as on earlier dates the present petition was being listed along with W.P. (C) No. 13895/2006 and others.

On 06.02.2017, W.P. (C) No. 13895/2006 was permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioners with liberty granted to them to permit all co-owners of the subdivided plots to collectively prepare and submit their layout plan to the North Delhi Municipal Corporation for approval; this would be accompanied with the mandatory documents which would be to the satisfaction of the local body; a period of three months was granted for the said purpose.

This Court is of the view that this petition can also be disposed of following the order dated 06.02.2017 and all findings contained in that order will enure in this order as well.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
