The challenge in this appeal is to the Order dated 25.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge refusing to entertain the writ petition on the ground that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Pasteur Institute of India are both amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. The learned Single Judge by the impugned Order noted that the Pasteur Institute of India is notified under Section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. This is not disputed in the instant LPA. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the Order of the learned Single Judge.
