Bail Appln. 886/2016 The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.61/2016, under Section 33 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, Police Station Harsh Vihar.

Admittedly, earlier the application for the grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2016 in Bail

Appln. No.597/2016. Consequently, no ground is made out to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
