O R D E R

% 28.08.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of FIR No.598/2014 under Sections 420/34 registered at Police Station-Hari Nagar, Delhi.

Counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 10.12.2014. Respondents No. 2 to 4 have received balance amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) in Court today towards their claims. Statements of the parties have been recorded separately. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the

abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.598/2014 under Sections 420/34 registered at Police Station-Hari Nagar, Delhi, and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed. The petition is disposed of.
