After some hearing, the petitioner present in Court along with his counsel submits that he does not press this petition with respect to prayers (a), (c), (d) and (e). With respect to prayer (b), the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to pay the outstanding legal dues within three weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner did not visit the respondent office despite repeated request for settlement of the account.

The writ petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the respondent is directed to transfer the outstanding legal dues, if any, to the petitioner by transferring the same to his savings bank account within four weeks. The counsel for the petitioner shall furnish the particulars of the savings bank account of the petitioner to the respondent's counsel within three days.

The respondent is directed to file an affidavit within four weeks giving the computation and calculation of the outstanding legal dues paid to the petitioner and copy thereof shall be furnished to counsel for the petitioner.

If any formalities are required to be completed by the petitioner for payment of the outstanding dues, the counsel for the petitioner shall furnish the relevant documents for compliance to the counsel for the respondent within two weeks and the payment shall be made within two weeks of the petitioner completing the formalities.

It is clarified that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the computation and calculation of the respondent, the petitioner shall avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in accordance with law. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under signatures of Court Master.
